[XeTeX] Weaving xetex.web

I don't know web details, but it seems that, e.g.,
{@"10000 to separate char and command code}
gives an error "! Illegal use of @ in comment."
{|@"10000| to separate char and command code}
seems to be ok. Jonathan ?
