[XeTeX] Problem with footnotes and komascript

I just realized that this is actually a problem introduced by  
xltxtra. I understand that xltxtra does something with superscript  
and whatever that is, komascript doesn't like it. This is not meant  
as criticism, but komascript is used by many people in the German  
speaking world and it would be cool if it worked together with xltxtra.
