[Tugindia] table of content with out dots

Dear TeX users,

I want to produce table of contents with the command \tableofcontents which 
does not have dotted lines in the content.

One way is to produce it by editing .toc file. 
But then every time I should be with old .toc file.
Is there any permant way to ask \tableofcontent command to produce table of 
contents with out using dotted lines?
