[tlbuild] yet more progress at Utah

Over the weekend, I got several more builds to complete, and the
current status of 55 systems is displayed at

	http://www.math.utah.edu/pub/texlive/

The trick on DragonflyBSD systems is to compile with the native clang
compiler family, rather than gcc.  With the latter, there are C++
template errors that terminate compilations.
