[tlbuild] Linux x32 ABI (x86_64-*-gnux32)

Hi Gregory,

    I have built texlive for this ABI (not a arch that remains x86_64) x32 
    uses 32bit Int/Long/Pointer (ILP) while running on a x86_64 this allows 
    lower memory footprint and smaller binaries.

Interesting.  Hadn't heard of that particular combination before; I like
it :).

I think it's pretty too specialized to distribute with TL, but I would
certainly like to link to them so people can use them as "custom
binaries" (http://tug.org/texlive/custom-bin.html).  There's no need for
you to rebuild with static libs unless you hear otherwise from users.
