[texworks] Alt+123 doesn't produce '{'

Norman, this is most probably a problem of not US/QWERTY 
keyboard.

For me on a Belgian AZERTY keyboard it is very difficult to 
get É, À,... under TeXworks.
If I want the { I have to use AltGr+ç (that is the key with ç-9)

I think this has already been noted in the problem list.
