[texworks] UPDATE: Getting Latex2e help from within TeXworks

Hi,

Latex2e help from within TeXworks - has been updated to work with
development releases of TeXworks downloaded/built since November 2010.

Utilises Karl Berry's much improved/updated NASA html Help information
in a paste-able TeXworks dialogue.

Shows LaTeX2e help information form  within the TeXworks editor.
