If you mean that the version of TeXworks in MiKTeX is not as recent as the
latest revision, that's perfectly normal. Distributing big pieces of software
takes time, it can't be instantaneous.

I suppose those numbers are the SVN revision numbers. The first one is not
correct: as of the time of writing, the latest revision is 482, and 466. But
even then, the difference is not a big as it seems: #432 dates back to
September 28, 2009, just one month ago. So what you have in MiKTeX is in fact
very recent (as is customary in MiKTeX).
