[tex-live] texlive-xetex and accents bug

You don't mention the xetex version you are using.

Both TL2007 (This is XeTeXk, Version 3.141592-2.2-0.996 (Web2C 7.5.6))
and TL2008
(This is XeTeXk, Version 3.1415926-2.2-0.999.0 (Web2C 7.5.6)) give the correct
result here (Fedora 8).

You might consider doing your own tests on TL2008 before it is
released so you won't get stuck with a bug for another year.   The
diversity in testing the more likely bugs can be fixed before
they are passed on to millions of users.
