Hi Rad, I'm wondering if you would have better luck with the latest version of proTeXt, which you can download from http://ctan.org/systems/win32/protext. What we had on the CD at the JMM was somewhat old. (Nice to chat with you there anyway. :) Sorry for the troubles. Best, Karl
