hmm, as to me, it seems to be already there. On page 9/10 you'll find:

"The ‘directory, where the executables ... are’ refers to the
Installation Directory you set up when you installed MiKTEX (normally
C:\Program Files\MiKTeX 2.5), that will provide the path
miktex\bin."

Although i must admit, that i'm not a native english speaker, this
sounds to me as "miktex\bin" should follow the installation directory,
which would lead to "C:\Program Files\MiKTeX 2.5\miktex\bin" as pointed
above.

I agree with this conclusion. So maybe the following steps might help:

- Start TeXnicCenter and open the menu 'Build' -> 'Define Output
profiles...'

- Klick on the profile 'LaTeX => DVI'

- Make sure you'll find the following entries on the right side of the mask:

Path to the (La)TeX-Compiler: C:\Program Files\MiKTeX 2.5\miktex\bin
Command line arguments... : --src -interaction=nonstopmode "%Wm"

- Close the 'Profiles' Window and start a new try.

Good luck - Thomas
