[pdftex] Two /Creator or /Producer entries

in my opinion:

   the producer should always be pdftex
   the creator  is user/package dependent

if the creator cannot be set any longer, it is indeed a bug

[since pdftex flushes the user keys before it's own keys, one can always 
overload]
