Jay,
Take a look at this page at the MacIntouch site:
http://www.macintouch.com/drawreplacements.html
It includes reports from numerous users who have tried various MacDraw
Replacements. At the bottom of the page, there are links to programs
that are claimed to offer some MacDraw incompatibility. I've looked
briefly at EazyDraw and Intaglio, and they can definitely open and edit
old ClarisDraw documents. I'm not sure about what formats they can save
in. But, lots of these programs are available in trial modes, so you
should be able to find out if they will work for you.
