[OS X TeX] Didnt able to understand this messege in Console window

Someone else has given a technical answer.

In practice it usually means that you have used  \\  incorrectly.

e.g.
     some words forming a sentence\\

     Next paragraph starting here, .....


The \\ here is completely redundant before the blank line which is what
actually ends the paragraph, and TeX complains with the "badness"  
message.

It can also happen when you use \\ immediately prior to \end{tabular}
or other alignment environment.
