[OS X TeX] i-Installer problem

When I update my files using the latest i-Installer (2.82), I get the  
following error messages:

      I cannot read the Table of Contents for http://tug.org/i- 
packages/tex4ht.ii2.
      Either it is not an i-Package or there are network or remote  
server problems

      I cannot read the Table of Contents for http://tug.org/i- 
packages/lm.ii2.
      Either it is not an i-Package or there are network or remote  
server problems.

      I cannot read the Table of Contents for http:// 
bloch.ling.yale.edu/i-packages/macfonts2tex.ii2.
      Either it is not an i-Package or there are network or remote  
server problems.

Changing servers does not seem to help. So are these no longer i- 
Packages?
