the "primary site" (http://saftsack.fs.uni-bayreuth.de/~latex2ht) has
a link to the manual on ross's site (at least that's what i presume
the site is):

i'ld actually rather like a pdf of that; ross -- would you mind if i
take your .dvi (or your .ps) and distill it to put on ctan.  i
currently have a .ps.gz on ctan, which is useless to a large
proportion of the potential audience.
