[l2h] l2h with devnag on RH7.1

Hi Ross,
 sorry for troubling you again regd. installations.
Actually, I am on a fresh system using RH 7.1 , and I
took l2h last week from latex2html.org ( Is the
Indic-Tex system fully updated?) and I end up with the
erro "can't find images.pre.dn" with the devnag file.
Since the RH dist is the latest, I think netpbm must
be fine. BTW, which files have updated documentation (
the devnag things we discussed).
