[gentium] gentium -> victor?

Hi Karl,

here are the updated fonts. I still used the old FontForge.

The developer version of GentiumPlus fonts contains PostScript
flavoured otf fonts. They have no kerning, but they have
PostScript curves and hinting. I would definitely use them as
a base for the Type 1 fonts (and take the kerning from ttf).
However,I think that it would complicate the conversion now if
I would convert the two styles of GentiumPlus and the two
styles of Gentium diferently.

There is an anouncement that the two remaining standard styles
of GentiumPlus should appear soon (however I read it already
before the version 5 appeared). It also looks like the kerning
should be improved.

I seems to me that it will be even more _major_ update of the
fonts than the current one and I would rewrite the conversion
scripts appropriately.

I think that it is less important to use newer version of
FontForge than to use the original PostScript curves
and hints provided by Victor. I really appreciate that
he provided the otf fonts.

All best,
Pavel
