tex directory structure draft version 0.104 available

I tried un-gzipping the file you included in the TeXhax Digest V95 #16.
I got the message:
/bin/sh foo.gz.sh 
x - extracting tds.dvi (gzipped)
gunzipping file tds.dvi

gzip: stdin: unexpected end of file
restore of tds.dvi failed
tds.dvi: original size 77596, current size   65536

I then tried picking it apart by hand.
I created the uuencoded file (the one beginning with the line:
begin 600 _shargzi.tmp

It uudecoded ok, creating _shargzi.tmp.
However when I run the gzip manually,
  gzip -d < _shargzi.tmp > 'tds.dvi'
I get the message:
gzip: stdin: unexpected end of file

So, I think the file got messed up before it was uuencoded.
