Well, there are always text pieces in math (rare in abstract nonsense, more
in experimental physics, most probably in economics) -- but those pieces
are t e x t and will be handled as such. You will get what I mean, if you
look at the \text of AMSLaTeX (style option amstxt).
The question was, do we need math cyrillic in addition to text cyrillic,
and the answer is going to be no.
