The blocked rooms for the hotel are open until April 19th inclusive.

I have tentatively started to  post a list of names with email addresses 
of  those who are interested in sharing accommodation at

REMINDER:
Arrangements for Travel via US gateways of Los Angeles and
San Francisco can be made with Gina Robles

There are two options:
First, if at least 15 people book flights on United via Gina at ProTravel,
fares can be reduced by about $100.00 for these 15 people 
and any of those who book after.  It is not necessary to travel
on the same flights.
The deadline for the group booking has been extended to March 31, 2003.

Second Option: for a group of up to 1-4 individuals who
want to have a car, there is a fly drive package with 
reduced airfare.  The 4 individuals do not have to fly
together but must have the same destination and
be staing within the same time-frame.

If other better offers become available Gina will keep us
informed.
