At Wednesday's dinner, after drinks and assorted goodies, you will have a
choice of the following entrees.
- English Chicken: An oven-roasted chicken breast, breaded and topped with a
Newcastle brown ale sauce.
- Dutch Pot Roast: Tender top round of beef, served in the traditional Dutch
style.
- Swedish Salmon Croquettes: North Atlantic salmon, lightly spiced, cooked
to a golden brown and served with a champagne dill sauce.
Our international colleagues can advise us as to the authenticity of these
recipes!
The meal will also include: homemade horseradish mashed potatoes,
butter-glazed carrots, tossed green salad, fresh baked rolls with honey
butter, miniature dessert assortment, soda, iced tea or coffee.
