Subject: TUG 2001 Update
The Program Committee for the TUG 2001 annual conference is still looking
for presentations, demonstrations, and workshops. As previously announced,
the theme is
"2001: A TeX Live Odyssey." We would like to offer a program that
features the use of
the TeX Live systems and packages in both free and commercial
implementations for
PC and Macintosh platforms. Of course, we welcome presentations on other
topics; the conference is not limited exclusively to TeX Live programs.
The deadline for abstract submission has been extended to February 19,
2001. Now that we've all had a chance to recover from the holiday rush,
please take a few minutes to consider sharing your expertise with the TeX
community. Abstracts should be sent to tug2001-papers@tug.org. Abstracts
may be brief--a paragraph describing what you intend to present--and in any
case, should not exceed one page.
Thank you,
TUG 2001 Program Committee
