not officially.  (and the official address is
http://mirror.ctan.org/systems/win32/yandy )

we announce things >=24 hours after installing them on the archive, so
that mirrors can catch up (i don't remember whether your upload
requested announcement).  the installation of your upload arrived at the
cambridge ctan site at 05:06 (local), so will not be announced until
tomorrow morning.
