[yandytex] MathTimePro 2 fonts released

Dear Y&Y TeX Users,

Michael Spivak of Publish or Perish, Inc. has released the next version
of his MathTime Professional font set, MathTime Professional 2.
Some features:

- It works with Y&Y TeX*
- It includes all of the fonts for AMS symbols, fraktur, script,
blackboard, and more
- there are several new symbols, as well as new features, including 
individually designed curly braces, both horizontal and vertical
- All fonts are provided in three design sizes for better-looking
sub/superscripts and second order sub/superscripts
- It has a liberal license which allows use without subsetting in PDF
and without additional fees for online use
