[yandytex] knockout/overprint + PDF

Hi Everybody,

In a LaTeX document every subscript/superscript maths and small size fonts shows white box while controlling with black overprint.
Is there any way to control the overprint/knockout in PDF through LaTeX. (Such option available at 3b2, quarkXpress).
