[yandytex] Lucida support macros (BULLET)

No (and I had to think about this too!) -- that's already in the 
lucidabr package that you load with a \usepackage.  All you have to do 
is specify that option in the \usepackage statement:

   \usepackage[altbullet}{lucidabr}
