UK TeX FAQ, version 3.14 (fwd)

I'm sure most of you know about the UK TeX FAQ, which has been around
a long time. There's a new version, with mention of this support
group, and the announcement lists all the changes from the last
version. I don't recall having seen this sort of itemised list of
changes, which is very nice to see.

It's well worth bookmarking or even printing up and putting into a
binder for reference.
