BibTex

Hi,

I've encountered some strange issues trying to use BibTex from DVIwindo
(Version 2.2.2, under windows xp).

1. After trying all kinds of installations, bibtex never appears as an
option under the "tex" menu.  This contradicts what I've read in
bibtex-install.txt:

" b. In the [Applications] portion of the file, you should already
      have:

      BiBTeX|F4=C:\YANDY\BIBTEX\bibtex.exe @.aux"

2. After adding the above command and following the other well-written
instructions in bibtex-install.txt, I get the following error:

I have confirmed that the command being issued is
"C:\YANDY\BIBTEX\bibtex.bat @.aux", which does not appear to call tex.
However, as you can see the error message seems to indicate tex was called.
 I am pasting my DVIWindo.ini file below.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
