I was hoping to just ftp it up *to* your machine...    that
way it wouldn't be your machine using memory - mine would...
and it wouldn't be over a moden - but a T3 line...

problem is that that requires some sort of password access
and I don't know if you wanna do that or not.


I have to leave now  (fed ex left at 3 anyway) so will wait
until the morning to burn this...
