pdflatex and yandy

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has successfully employed pdflatex with yandy
tex system using mathtime plus fonts. In particular do script fonts and the
boldmath package (\bm commands ) work fine? What is the alternative to
using psfrag when using pdflatex (which does not accept eps files).

Another related question, have anyone there successfully used the complete
set of mathtime plus fonts with miktex and yap? again scripts and \bm seem
to be the major problem with some other symbols like left bracket, etc.
