ps to pdf

Hello, in the Y& Y version of tex i have, the ps to pdf transformer which
is available as a short cut in the winedit menu does not work.

I got my package in december 2002.

Besides, i have this more important problem:

when i use the following command :

  \includegraphics[angle=90,width=\textwidth,scale=1]{./per03p}

the graphic rotates around its lower right corner instead of its center.
Consequently it goes out of the printed field!
