[Xy-pic] Draw a partial circle segment

Hi,
I can't figure out if is possible or not draw a partial circle segment
between to arbitrary direction.

The manual says:
*\cir<radius>{<diag> <orient> <diag>}

I want draw the part of the full circle, with radius 5mm, that starts from
(3.5,3.5) and ends in (2.2,4.5), so I use the command:


(0,0)*\cir<5mm>{v(3.5,3.5)^v(2.2,4.5)}

but it's completely wrong!
Which is the correct syntax?
