[Xy-pic] Xy-pic 3.8.6 released!

Dear all,

We have released Xy-pic 3.8.6: it is available from 
http://xy-pic.sourceforge.net and should soon be on CTAN (and will 
hopefully also make the 2011 TeX Live distribution).

Release 3.8.6 includes a fix to xypdf of colour allocation (thank you to 
Leslie Saper for the report), as well as a few fixes to the manuals.
