[Xy-pic] Xy-pic release 3.8.1 on SourceForge and uploaded to CTAN

Dear Everyone,

Just a heads-up that the xypic.map file released with Xy-pic 3.8.1 is 
broken for some users in that it fails to permit generation of PDF files 
from old DVI files - rather serious, I'm afraid.  I've produced a fresh 
xypic.map (http://krisrose.net/xypic.map) which hopefully fixes the 
problem (it is being tested now), and then there will be a 3.8.2.
