[Xy-pic] Copyright for "xylu" tips?

Dear Jeremy,
It is done: your files are now integrated in the CVS version on
xy-pic.sourceforge.net, and work even with PDFTeX thanks to a hacked-up
generation of Type1 fonts (using mftrace - would be better based directly
off your PostScript code, we can change that later).

Hi, Kris. I'd be very happy for you to include it anywhere you like
with a GPL license. I don't believe that I've tried it with pdftex.
(In fact, it doesn't work at all for me now - \SelectTips appears to
be undefined...)
