[Xy-pic] xy-pic pdf driver

I have downloaded to my Macintosh:

(1) xy-3.7

and

(2) xypdf.

I wish to use xy-pic with TeXShop.

Can I do this?

Do I use both of the above packages?

Where do I put these two items?
