[Xy-pic] moving the label away from the arrow (Baptiste Calm?s)

Hi!

My solution is not very beautiful, but try adding white wpace ("~" or 
"\," or \quad) to the label before/after the actual text...

$$\xymatrix{ A \ar@{}[r]|{\subseteq}^{\quad a} & B}$$
