[Xy-pic] rotation-invariant arrow-heads: partially solved

Hello,

I managed to find at least a partial solution for my problem:

\newdir{lx}{\dir{-}*_!/2 pt/\dir{}*!/-4.5 pt/:(1,-.3)\dir^{>}}

works for horizontal and vertical arrows, but not yet for diagonal ones...
