[Xy-pic] Diamond-shaped frame (again)

Early this year, I said that I would like to define a new shape d that will 
produce a diamond-shaped frame when used in the xymatrix command
      *+[d][F]{some text}

I am not sufficiently familiar with the lower-level code of xy-pic to know 
how to do this, and I would very much appreciate any help with this problem.
