[Xy-pic] Re: xypic program for "WinEdit"

Dear Kristoffer and Ross,

I have a junior associate, a mathematics undergraduate here at the
University of Rochester, who is helping to LaTeX a research paper of mine.

I'm using your elegant xypic program, for the (many) diagrams -- some very
complicated diagrams.

Unfortuanately, he doesn't have xypic in his Windows TeX distribution.

I can't get at his machine -- in any way -- to install it for him.

He says that he's using "WinEdit".  Can you advise on the best way to --
either get a Windows executable that wil do this automatically (I doubt
that this exists); or , more likely ,figuring out which Windows TeX
package he must be using, so that I can automate an installation process
for him?
