[XeTeX] Problem with ifpdf switch

Hello Zdenek

Well, I don't consciously invoke either of these .sty files - it's only
XeTeX that's doing it behind the scenes for its own reasons. It didn't do
it in 2013, and I certainly don't have any line of code that inputs them
manually - I didn't even know of their existence.

I'll endeavour to get to the bottom of it tomorrow - rather too late for me
to start pottering around.

Best wishes

John 🇪🇺
