[XeTeX] Two side and margins

Hi,

For a twoside document (7.5" by 9.5" book size printed on A4), I would
like the inner margins to be 2.5 cm (space for binding) and outer
margins to be 1.5 cm (as an example). The relevant code is at:

The generated PDF is at:

When I take a two-sided print-out, and cut at the 7.5" horizontal
margin on the odd page, some of the text gets cut on the (outer
margin) even page.

When I open the PDF in Evince in "Dual" mode, I don't see the
asymmetry in the margins. What could I be missing?
