[XeTeX] Copyright page with \pagestyle{empty} clears all styles

Just define it before loading the .sty file.

When searching the source of an error it is sometimes useful to put
\errorcontextlines=9999 just below \documentclass. It will show you the
trace, so if the error is encountered somewhere in a .sty file but
triggered by something in your file, it is easier to find what happened.
