[XeTeX] Copyright page with \pagestyle{empty} clears all styles

Hi,

I have released the Tamil-English XeTeX customized book template at:

I have been able to add a copyright page to \maketitle, but, the
\pagestyle{empty} use in styles/config.sty clears all the fancyhdr
settings in the rest of the pages.

For example, on the top of page 8, I don't see the page number and the
book name. How can this be fixed?
