Peeking inside the font with FontForge hasn't made me any wiser. Does anyone know how to access them all?

It just seems to work out of the box if I copy and paste the relevant
character or line from the PDF :

\font \greek = "GFS Neohellenic"
\greek

\char `\

δ,δ ζ,ζ Ε,Ε Ξ,Ξ, Ω,Ω

\end
