[XeTeX] New version of xetex

Hi Zdenek

I am working on a version of bidi package compatible with new xetex. You
can download it from here: https://github.com/vafa/bidi/tree/xetex-0.99992

As of now, I have removed color, xcolor, colortbl, and hyperref patches.
Let me know if something does not work.
