[XeTeX] CID-keyed font support?

Thank you very much.
I think all is ok now. It compiles as the driver dvipdfmx
for engines which output dvi.
It can handle SourceHanSansJP and SourceHanSans (Pan-CJK).
No warnings for non-CJK fonts.

I'm happy if you adopt an attached non-c99.diff to support
old compilers.
