[XeTeX] Malayalam typesetting using XeLaTeX

Well, one should not work too late into the night! :( That is what I am doing now.
I  used the first command for installing. But that is for the Lette size paper!

I should have used the second option
cd /Volumes/TEXCOL2013/texlive

sudo ./install-tl --profile
/Volumes/TEXCOL2013/mactex/MacTeX-Install/TLprofiles/texlivea4.profile


So I have start all over again. Would this cause a problem in my system?
