[XeTeX] No subsection Numbering

Hello,

When I try to XeLaTeX the code in [1] below, I do not get the numbering of
the two subsections i.e. only titles show (however I do get the numbering
of the two sections). I am using TeXworks version 0.4.3 r.857 (MiKTeX 2.9)
under Windows 7.

A solution that allows me to see the subsection numbers will be very much
appreciated.
